Grimisdale Guest House sits on its' own peninsula surrounded by a salmon and trout loch and yet it is only a two minute stroll to the post office, shop and other local amenities. The theme throughout the guest house is definitely quality, please read the many comments.

Grimisdale Guest House is ideally situated for touring Harris, Lewis and The Uists. If you have never experienced the pleasures of an uninterrupted walk along one of the many golden beaches on the Isle of Harris you are in for a treat. If you are visiting the islands while based in Stornoway consider spending a couple of days down in Leverburgh and then jumping the nearby ferry across to the Uists to complete your tour. Many visitors to the Western Isles/Outer Hebrides miss this wonderful opportunity to visit these beautiful islands.
